This notice explains website technologies used by Lorrie Kazan at lorriekazan.com. The same optional-service choices are offered to all visitors. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal information, providers, international processing, and your rights.
Necessary technologies
Necessary cookies and browser storage support website operation and remember privacy choices. Complianz uses cookies with names beginning cmplz_, including consent categories, the policy version, consented services, and whether the banner has been dismissed. They record your choices rather than measure your browsing for analytics. Consent cookies are configured to expire after 365 days. Complianz also uses browser storage for the banner configuration.
If you use shopping features, necessary cart or session storage may remember your selected items during checkout. WordPress also uses authentication and preference cookies for people who sign in to administer the site. These are separate from optional analytics. Browser settings let you inspect or delete stored data, but blocking necessary storage can affect the relevant features.
The VS Contact Form uses necessary PHP session storage to validate its arithmetic anti-spam check. This session lasts until the browser is closed. The form also uses hidden spam checks.
Optional external font
Google Fonts supplies the Architects Daughter font. It is loaded only after you accept the optional External font category. Loading it sends technical information such as your IP address and browser request details to Google. The website uses its standard font when this service is rejected. See Google’s privacy policy for Google’s processing information.
Rejecting the font does not prevent you from reading the website, contacting Lorrie, or following booking and newsletter links. Withdrawing permission stops future font loading; it cannot undo requests already made while permission was active.
Analytics and sharing links
Google Analytics 4 runs only after you consent to the Statistics category. It measures visits and interactions using identifiers, page and referral information, device and browser details, and event data. No Analytics requests are sent before consent or after rejection on a subsequent page load. Google receives your IP address in the request but GA4 does not log or store it. The former Universal Analytics code has been removed and Burst Statistics remains disabled.
Analytics uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_1678PSMPLE to distinguish visitors and maintain session information. Their default lifetime is up to two years and may be renewed by later visits while consent remains active. See Google’s cookie information and Analytics data safeguards.
Sharing buttons now use Scriptless Social Sharing, which provides ordinary links and local icons. Simply viewing these buttons does not load social-network scripts or contact the social networks. Clicking a sharing link opens the selected provider, whose own privacy and cookie rules then apply. The links remain available if optional website cookies are rejected.
Change your choices
Use the Cookie settings button available throughout the site or the controls below. Necessary technologies remain active. You can accept or reject Statistics and the optional External font separately, or change your choice later. Withdrawing consent prevents future Analytics loading; it does not remove data already collected. You can request deletion through the privacy contact. You can also delete cookies in your browser; this may cause the banner to appear again.
External websites
Payment, newsletter signup, and other external links take you to services with their own privacy and cookie notices. This website’s choices do not control what those providers do after you visit their pages.
