What happens?

We will connect by conference phone line. You’ll be comfortably sitting or lying down in your own home. Perhaps you’ll wrap a warm blanket across your feet, a glass of water within easy reach. We start out with a short check-in to get present and ask any questions.

With your permission, I share psychic insights as they arise. That process often starts here and continues through the final sharing where you’re given a few moments to relate your experience or ask questions of me or the group.

My groups tend to be highly supportive and you can draw on it for greater inspiration and insight, or sidestep it.

As I gently guide you through a process. Picture yourself slipping into a deeply relaxed state; your conscious mind is present and can intervene, but it will be safe to let go and swim in a place of peace where your mind fuses with the divine mind. The least you can expect is a deep release and relaxation in your nervous system, something we could all use right now. I’ll also add in healing suggestions and frequencies, depending on the needs of the group. The group is tailored for you.

Mind is the builder and our lives are the result.

You can access your own wise healer and deep unconscious in this sacred dimension where all minds meet. Your inner wisdom determines how far you go.
