Where Will You Be In 5 Minutes? Let’s Play the Psychic Game:

Share

How do you play the psychic game? Ask yourself the question: Where will I be in 5 minutes? Then imagine yourself 5 minutes from now. Where are you? What are you doing?

With myriads of directions to go in this morning, I asked myself to see where I’d be in 5 minutes. I saw myself standing in the kitchen facing the stove. “Cooking breakfast,” I thought. It was one of the tasks I was avoiding but now stepping into it felt right. Predestined? 🙂 Wishful thinking?

I learned this trick from Nancy du Tertre’s book Psychic Intuition: Everything You Ever Wanted to Ask But Were Afraid to Know.  Months ago, stuck in a hot car on a humid day, waiting for Triple A. I asked myself: What will the Triple-A driver look like? I imagined him almost to a t except the actual driver was greyer than I’d pictured.

Next question: When will the driver arrive? I nailed that one too but so what? So what if you try it and it doesn’t work for you each time?

According to the former military psychic spies, the best psychics they trained were those who were willing to be wrong. They were the most teachable. What does that mean for you?

You get to fail. You don’t have to already know. You can be wrong. You get to risk it either way. Plus the more you play the better you might become. Test it out and tell me your results.
