How do we become more psychic?

This question I'm often asked was answered by Edgar Cayce, one of the most documented psychics in history. If you want to be more psychic, he said, become more spiritual and the psychic will appear as an off-shoot. Do not, he warned us, pursue the psychic as an end in itself.

How do we become more spiritual and more in tune psychically? Meditation is the common denominator recommended in all the systems.

Which meditation is best? Probably the one you do. However, some simple entrances to the altered states: watching the breath, chanting, music, art.
